Equipment should be viewed as an investment that will last for several years. It should be free from defects and meet certain standards that achieve consistency to satisfy user requirements.

Quality is associated with consistency. When a customer pays a higher price for a product, s/he is paying for not only quality which s/he can see, feel, or judge, but s/he is getting a safe, reliable, long lasting piece of equipment which is economical, delivered on time, priced right, has good customer and technical support with quick polite and responsive staff that offers quality available spare parts and affordable repair costs.

Quality products make an important contribution to long-term revenue and profitability. Interthor has a long history of making quality ergonomic material handling products which means that we have a lot of long term loyal customers.

Interthor material handling products last a long time and it is not unusual for us to get parts requests on products which are over 25 years old. Fantastic that these products are still operating on a daily basis 25 years on and amazing in this day and age that we can still supply spare parts for a lot of our older units.

Here are a couple of pictures of one of our incredible Thork Lift which have been operating every day for three shifts a day since 1993 in the wood manufacturing industry. The harshness of this particular dusty environment takes its toll on the equipment but the Thork Lift just keeps on working while lesser quality equipment in the same facility has been replaced several times.

Yes, the initial investment might be higher for an Interthor lift but the product quality and the ergonomic design of our products are second to none.
